• Proud CHS Principal - Dr. Robin S. McMillon

Hello, and welcome to Wilmer Amina Carter High School (CHS). It is my extreme pleasure to serve as your site Principal. In 2004, I joined the Rialto Unified School District after teaching for four years within the Los Angles Unified School District. Since 2004, I have served the Rialto Community in a plethora of assignments, including 8th Grade History Teacher, High School ASB Director, High School Assistant Principal, Elementary Principal, Middle School Principal, and most importantly my current assignment as the Principal of CHS. As your Principal, I look forward to collaborating with you and all members of the learning community.

    At CHS Your Success Matters!

  • ASVAB Test

The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is a multiple-aptitude battery that measures developed abilities and helps predict future academic and occupational success in the military. The ASVAB also provides an interest assessment and planning tools to help young adults explore career field entry requirements and various career paths, both military and civilian. The test is open to our 11th and 12th grade students.

  • Cell Phone / Dress Code Policies

Rialto Unified School District staff, along with a team of students and parents, have updated the District’s Mobile Communication Device (e.g., cellphone) policy and identified actions to help students develop personal responsibility when using cellphones and/or social media. Furthermore, the student dress code at the Rialto Unified School District should serve to support all students in developing a body-positive self-image. All students are expected to adhere to the RUSD Student Dress and Grooming Policy 5132. Please read this letter outlining the policies for our RUSD Families.
