    The Rialto Unified School District has transitioned from paper flyers to electronic flyers via the Peachjar system. This transition was made to help reduce staff time, save money, and continue our mission of being an environmentally conscious school district.

    Parents:

    No action is required on your part. You should have already received a welcome email from Peachjar that includes a username and password. This is provided to give you the opportunity to manage your account and flyer delivery preferences. You do not need to login to receive or view eflyers. You can opt out of receiving emails at any time, or select the frequency of email notifications. The flyers can always be viewed by clicking on the Peachjar button on your school's website. 


    Enrichment Providers/Community Organizations:

    Our District cooperates with community groups and organizations that sponsor activities of an educational/enrichment nature for students by distributing materials electronically via Peachjar. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery. To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.

    Register as an Enrichment Provider (account type).

    Upload your flyer for approval.

    Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the District office.

    District staff will review the material and approve or deny based on the standards below. Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school. 

    Rialto Unified School District REQUIREMENTS IF APPROVAL IS GRANTED for distribution of materials are under the following guidelines:

    1. Youth programs
    2. Within Rialto Unified USD boundaries
    3. A copy of Proof of Non-Profit status – Form # 501-C
    4. Disclaimer: RUSD does not endorse/support program
    5. A copy of material you wish to distribute
    6. Money is not to be collected in the schools
    7. Must support RUSD students, teachers and/or RUSD schools (Example: Offer scholarships, discounts, PTA or AEF donations, etc.)
    8. Exceptions made for non-Rialto Unified and for-profit businesses who demonstrate direct support to RUSD students or schools.
