The District African American Parent Advisory Council (DAAPAC) would like to welcome everyone to a harvest-themed meeting on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at the Cesar Chavez/Dolores Huerta Center for Education (324 N. Palm Ave., Rialto, CA 92376). Please join us! Food will be served starting at 5:30 p.m. and the meeting begins at 6:15 p.m. We look forward to seeing everyone!

EL TUTORING

When:  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday in Room 22 from 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM, All subjects, All EL Students (This flier will be your pass.  Need a new flier-go to room 22.) Attached is Secondary Reclassification Criteria 23-24. Reclassification is the process that determines whether an English Learner should be redesignated as a Fluent English Proficient (R-FEP). Reclassification relies on evidence demonstrating that the student has achieved a level of English proficiency comparable to that of average native speakers of English in the district, and is achieving and sustaining a level of academic achievement comparable with students whose native language is English. District reclassification policies and procedures are aligned with California Department of Education guidelines. Multiple criteria are utilized to establish that the student is ready to be reclassified:
