  • This year’s ceremonies will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at the W.A. Carter High School’s Lions Stadium,

2630 N. Linden Avenue, Rialto, California

    9:00 a.m. (last names A-F),

    3:00 p.m. (last names G-O)

    7:00 p.m. (last names P-Z).

    Parking

    • There will NOT be a charge for parking, however we do prefer that you park in the designated area for your student whether that be home or visitor side. All graduate and guest vehicles will enter the campus through the gate located on Maple Street, next to the baseball field. Vehicles will be directed by signs and personnel.

    • After parking, all parents and guests will enter the stadium through the home or visitor side gate depending on which side your student will be seated. At graduation rehearsal, students will be informed of which side of the stadium (home-north or visitor-south) they will sit in during the ceremony.  Due to social distancing guidelines, families will have assigned seating.

    Admission

    • Due to state guidelines, all guests must wear masks at all times.

    • Parents and guests will not be admitted into the stadium until one (1) hour before the ceremony.

    • Students will receive three (3) tickets and are required to provide the names of those attending in advance. All family members attending must sit together in the designated assigned seating section.

    • Parents and guests will not be permitted near the graduate assembly/area or on the field at any time. Please take photos of your student in cap and gown before leaving home. Also, please note that a professional photography company will photograph your student while he/she is on stage. The company will send photo proofs so that you may purchase copies. We will not have a videographer at the event.

    • We will not allow strollers, signs, wrapped gifts, helium balloons, outside food (water permitted), noisemakers of any kind, such as horns, into the stadium. Please leave all these items in the car and present them to your graduate after the ceremony. Balloons and large signs block the visibility of others in the stadium and air horns may prevent another guest from hearing their graduate’s name being called. Graduating students will not be accessible to parents or guests until after the recessional where parents and families may meet their graduates in the parking lot. Carter High School safety officers reserve the right to conduct a search of your belongings prior to entering our facility.
