My name is Tina Lingenfelter and I am excited to introduce myself as the new principal of Kolb Middle School. I am honored to have been chosen to lead such an amazing school and school community. I have heard many wonderful and positive things about the students, teachers, staff, and parent community.
I come to Kolb with over seventeen years of experience as an educator. I am the former principal at Fitzgerald Elementary School where I served the school community for nearly four years. Prior to being the principal at Fitzgerald Elementary, I served as Assistant Principal and Interim Principal for both Hughbanks Elementary School and Dunn Elementary School. I also served as a Program Facilitator and classroom teacher in San Bernardino City Unified School District, both for elementary and secondary schools.
I wholeheartedly believe that great schools and happy students are the results of caring teachers, staff, and supportive families. My primary goal is to provide our entire school community with the support needed to help our students grow, prosper, and be inspired.

My name is Elizabeth Ontiveros-Hernandez. I have worked in education for almost 20 years. I enjoy working with diverse learners and believe that inclusion and integration are key components to achieve an equitable learning environment for all students. My experience as a special education teacher, onboarding coach, and program specialist have allowed me to improve my craft as an educator and expand my knowledge base and experience; both within the classroom and as a district manager. It is my goal as a site administrator to prepare all of our scholars with the skill set necessary to be successful in the 21st century.
