Tryouts will start on Monday,

December 11th- 13th

from 3:30-4:30 p.m.

Requirements to participate: 

• 2.0 GPA 
• Completed Sports Packet 
• Copy of Insurance Card

*Pick up Grade Check Form and Sports Packet in the Student Center.

*Deadline to turn in all paperwork to participate is Friday, December 8th*
