Induction teachers use the following rubric to self-assess their levels in the CSTPs as part of the reflective process in the program. The teachers visit this document 3 times a year: beginning, middle, and end to engage in discussions about their growth.

TRIAD MEETING AGENDA

Triad meetings are a time and place designated to ensure that the site administrator, Induction teacher, and Induction mentor are made aware of the responsibilities and resources available to teachers.
