Students are at the heart of the Rialto Unified School District. Our focus is for every student to be engaged and inspired in their learning in order to be prepared to continue their journey towards achieving their future aspirations.
With that, we are ecstatic to open our doors for in-person instruction for the 2021-2022 school year!
As we return to school this fall, we will continue to regard the health and safety of our students as our highest priority. Markings to help display social distancing measures and routes designated for entry and exits have been placed in high traffic areas in order to limit direct contact. Students can expect daily temperature checks and will receive disposable masks. Hand sanitizer will be available and high touch surfaces will be cleaned daily to prevent any possible outbreaks. For more information, please visit our Reopening Page.
Students must wear face coverings while on campus indoors at all times. We will be participating in a traditional school setting; some systems, procedures, and events such as assemblies, recesses, and lunchtime may be adjusted to be compliant with public health guidelines.
Students, please remember to bring your laptop devices fully charged. Much of the instruction will continue to have technology integrated.
We wish all an enjoyable and successful 2021-22 school year! Welcome back!

Return to School Expectations:
Safety is the number one priority for our Rialto USD students. In an effort to create safe learning environments, the District would like to remind families of the expectations.
- Please review and adhere to the Rialto USD Acceptable Use Policy
- Please take a few minutes to review and listen to the PBIS Distance Learning Expectations video
- Please be aware that if a student exhibits behavior that violates the above expectations, progressive discipline may be issued.
- Masks are mandated for all students and staff while indoors.
