Bell Schedule Update

Bell Schedule Letter

Dear RUSD Families:

We hope that you and your families are enjoying a fun summer break. As the Rialto Unified School District prepares for the 2024-2025 school year, we want to share the updated bell schedule information for all our RUSD elementary, middle, and high schools.

As you may have children at multiple school levels, we want to provide a brief summary of the bell schedule so you can arrange for drop-off and pick-up times for your child(ren). Please also be advised that all RUSD schools open at least half an hour before the first bell rings, and for this reason, please do not drop your child off before that time for safety and supervision purposes.

Throughout the next school year, there will be designated minimum days to accommodate various school activities, staff development, and parent-teacher conferences. Mondays are designated collaboration days for elementary and high schools, and Wednesdays are the designated collaboration days for middle schools. The specific dates for next school year’s minimum days will be posted soon on each school's website.

We understand that changes to the schedule can sometimes be challenging. The District appreciates your understanding and flexibility as we strive to provide the best possible learning environment for students. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the bell schedules, please do not hesitate to contact your child’s school office. Again, thank you for your cooperation as we navigate towards a successful new school year.

Respectfully,

Edward D'Souza, Ph.D.
