The Rialto College Start Program (RCSP) provides, "diverse avenues for learning both inside and outside the classroom."

Students in the RCSP are scheduled in two periods of Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC) college courses. Each comprehensive high school has one to two student cohorts (not to exceed 72 students).  Each alternative high school will be offered transportation to their home school to participate.
