MISSION
The mission of the Rialto Unified School District, the bridge that connects students to their aspirations for the future, is to ensure each student achieves personal and career fulfillment within a global society, through a vital system distinguished by:- High expectations for student achievement

The Rialto College Start Program (RCSP) provides, "diverse avenues for learning both inside and outside the classroom."
Students in the RCSP are scheduled in two periods of Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC) college courses. Each comprehensive high school has one to two student cohorts (not to exceed 72 students). Each alternative high school will be offered transportation to their home school to participate.

Benefits of the Rialto Early College Program
- Earn early college credit while in high school
- Significantly reduce the overall time and expenses associated with college
- Community college courses earn similar GPA points to Advanced Placement classes
- Earn free college credits
- Earn 30 general education transferable credits to a UC or CSU or private college
- Learn about the different college majors in advance
- Attending college classes on your own high school campus
